Can you play XBox 360 games without internet connection?
I just got an XBox 360 Slim console and as I turn it on, I'm setting up everything (what language I want, etc.) However, it's asking me for internet connection when I try to recover my gamertag. Is it possible to play games WITHOUT internet? Like just inserting the disc into the console and play it. Please help.

hi!
yes, you can!
but if you want to recover your gamertag you'll need an internet-connection, otherwise it's not possible.
when you're done with recovering you can play offline.
watch for "system adjustments" and check "network".
or just pull the network-cable out of the box... ;)
